This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. ​During the three week span my vehicle was I was forced to deal with Robert, Austin, and Jeff Throughout this process, it was clear that no one cared about the quality of work or the customer experience. I found myself in tears multiple times due to the lack of communication and the sheer incompetence displayed by your team.​I have decided to take my money and my vehicle elsewhere. I would much rather pay more for peace of mind and basic professional courtesy than ever step foot in your dealership again. I will be sharing the full details of this three-week ordeal on Google and other review platforms to warn others against bringing their cars to this location. More

I love Audi South Orlando. I was the first person to buy a car at the dealer when it opened in April 2014.
