Carson worked diligently on getting the needed work on the car timely. I chose to wait at the car dealer despite of him offering transportation for me to go to another location. I dropped off my spare tire my Friday morning appointment time. My Service Attendant was not around and another attendant helped me. He did not say when the tire would be ready. I was hoping I could pick time. My Service Attendant was not around and another attendant helped me. He did not say when the tire would be ready. I was hoping I could pick up the tire on Saturday. I did not get any update until Monday morning to say the work was complete. I expected that I would get an email telling me when I could anticipate the work to be completed. Everyone that helped me were friendly, but the communication wasn't there, even on such a minor repair. More
