I think for so many people, the car buying experience is a really stressful one! Great experience. The car I ordered took a LONG time due to chip shortages/supply chain issues but the salesman kept me informed of the status throughout the entire process. Car on first annual services, CS Danielle was very helpful and courteous and she addressed all the issues that my car would have to be gone through today. Even though my car had to stay for 6 hrs for helpful and courteous and she addressed all the issues that my car would have to be gone through today. Even though my car had to stay for 6 hrs for couple service recalls, nothing too crazy and she kept me posted by texting during the day if my car was ready to pick up. The only downside was they didn’t have loaner car and my husband had to drive my son to pick me up and we went back later. They did offer compliment Lyft services however I didn’t feel comfortable to sit in someone’ car and back home and brought potential germs or virus to my family. Other than that, I rated 5 stars. More
