My experience after the sale has been awful. I’ve sent emails to accounting about my tag being registered incorrectly to a malfunction with my new Q8 locking me out. Seem to sit awhile waiting for someone to come over to you, you get sent in from dropping your car and told to sit in waiting room and then your left there waiting and waiting.
