I recently purchased a 2018 CPO Audi A6 from Audi South Orlando. I have owned Porsche and a few Mercedes Benz. This is the first time I owned an Audi. I love the car but not the experience I had with the sales manager. I took the car delivery at night so I didn't see there was a crack on the tail light. I report it within a day and they refused to replace it. I never heard from the Sales Manager even I told my salesperson that I was extremely unhappy. I’m very satisfied with my salesperson, Antony who was very professional from initial communication to deal closure. Unfortunately, I won't be back to this dealership to purchase other cars for my family. More
Just leased a 2021 Q3 from them, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Absolutely top notch. These folks are clearly laser-focused in only one thing; making you feel welcome and ensuring your experience is nothing short of perfect. I got a killer deal on the Q3 that wasn’t matched by any other deal in Florida. I will be coming back for me regular scheduled service with a smile on my face, and will continue to lease from them in the future. PS: I wasn’t exactly an easy customer to deal with, but Neal (sales guy), Richard Castro and Gabriel (finance guy) went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Huge kudos. More

I purchased a used car here in July along with an extended warranty from Red Shield. I've had extended warranty's for my cars and this one is the worst. Audi South Orlando doesn't stand behind the extended warranty from Red Shield. I've had extended warranty's for my cars and this one is the worst. My salesperson, Gio, was great. He is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the features of the car before and after the sale. I would highly recommend him! My problem came in with the finance department. I felt pressured to purchase an extended warranty on the car and immediately regretted the decision once I got home. The next day, I spoke with the finance manager to cancel the warranty. However, 4 weeks later after not receiving the expected refund, I called Audi Pure Protection and they had no cancellation request on record. I then called the finance department again, and this cycle repeated: no request to cancel on file with Pure Protection, and no refund. 10 weeks ago, I filled out a cancellation form directly with Pure Protection. (Wish I would have done this in the first place.) The warranty is now canceled but I'm still waiting for the refund from the dealership. It said this could take 6-8 weeks, which seems excessive in the first place, but it's now in week 10. In total, this process of trying to cancel has taken over one year. It's been frustrating and painful because I've had to make lots of calls, and in the meantime, I've been paying interest on this extra $4700+ as it's rolled into my car loan. It's definitely my bad for purchasing the warranty in the first place, but it clearly states that you can call the dealer to cancel it anytime before the effective date. I had my eye on a newer Q7, but not sure if I'll ever purchase another Audi after this experience. More

If you need service or just want to test drive a car then this is the perfect dealership for you. If you want to buy a car then go some place else. Three strikes: 1. I had my car, which I bought used, at Audi South for service. While there I asked the sales manager if they could help me set up the My Audi app. I told him I bought my car used and not from an Audi dealership and his response was to tell me I had to go back to the dealer where I bought the car. The app told me I had to have it set up at a Audi dealership. What???? Service tried to find someone to help but I needed a specific number that I didn’t have at that time. 2. I get the needed information and called Audi South to try again and once again I’m told that I have to go back to where I bought the car, even after I told them that I didn’t buy it from an Audi dealership. They then tried to tell me service could do it yet service had tried before and told me it was sales. I asked to speak with a manager. 3. After asking to speak to a manager the receptionist puts me on hold. After a moment she comes back to the phone and tells me she is transferring my call. I ask to whom and she says “a manager” I asked their name and she says “James”. James said he will take care of me. I drive to the dealership and James was able to take care of what I needed. It turns out I didn’t need the app,he just set up CarPlay. It also turns out that James is not a manager. I did finally get to speak to the General sales manager and let him know how initially one of his sales managers had refused to help me, not once but twice, and the receptionist lied to me when I asked for a manager. I very specifically had asked to speak to a manager because at that point I wanted a manager to know how I was being treated. I appreciated the help but I don’t appreciate being lied to. I will never knowingly do business with a car dealership that treats customers like this. From now on I will drive the extra 20 miles to go to Audi North for anything I need. If Audi North can’t help me then I will drive More
