We live in Stevensville which is outside of Missoula in Montana. We do not have an Audi dealer with the nearest ones being in Spokane and Bozeman. We chose Spokane for a recall that our vehicle notified Montana. We do not have an Audi dealer with the nearest ones being in Spokane and Bozeman. We chose Spokane for a recall that our vehicle notified us was needed. Online Scheduling was a breeze on-line letting me pick the dates out way ahead of time. Communication with the dealer leading up to the visit was very good with reminders. When we dropped off the car for the appointment, we were 30 minutes early. Josh offered to give us a ride somewhere for lunch, we opted to get a ride to the mall to spend our time. It was projected to take 1-1.5 hrs and it was more like 2.25. Communication through text and a call saying our car was ready was great, a driver was sent over to pick us up at the mall and checkout at the dealer was quick and painless with no attempts to upsell anything. Both drivers that took us to the mall and back were friendly, talkative, and quite personable. Josh the service advisor was friendly as well and really relaxed. I enjoyed the service we received, and we will be bringing our car over for any service above an oil change which I prefer to do myself due to the specialized oil Audi's like to have.
