Brought my wifes Audi in for oil change and they let us know water pump was leaking and her contol arm was needing replaced. They got all done in the same day so that was nice. Only issue i had with it all know water pump was leaking and her contol arm was needing replaced. They got all done in the same day so that was nice. Only issue i had with it all was that we had a autonation coupon for 20% off with no limit and they refused to take so they capped the amount at 150 dollars, mind you the total for all work was quoted at 3200 dollars. So that was my only issue with the service. More

Booked my 2009 Audi in for service. Injectors, battery, oil change, carbon cleaning among other things. Had Joshua as my service advisor, Brendan as my Audi technician, and Thomas for Injectors, battery, oil change, carbon cleaning among other things. Had Joshua as my service advisor, Brendan as my Audi technician, and Thomas for the shuttle service. All three of them did a phenomenal job. Joshua was very communicative giving periodic updates, Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional even sending a video with how the progress was going. Knew exactly what my car needed and i didn't once feel the need to explain anything as to how i wanted things done as I have had this car since new and I am very OCD with it. Felt complete trust in Brendan and Joshua to get everything i asked for done. Thomas was great for the shuttle service getting me home when i took the car in and picking me up when the car was finished. Very communicative with a simple text letting me know he was on his way and never once did i feel in the dark on anything throughout this whole process. Great job Audi of Spokane. Will be bringing my car here again when the time comes. Thanks guys! More
