Extending a warning to anyone owning an Audi needing service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. To add to the extremely poor service, my Q7 was returned to me with damage in multiple areas. Texts, pictures and VM's informing me were contradictory depending on which tech was responding. Their gross negligence, in writing, will be helpful filing a claim. As mentioned in other reviews, the service manager, Randy, is dishonest and arrogant. Do your research before coming here and if you do, take before pictures of your car and give them a copy of noted marks or damage on arrival. More
