I left numerous voice mails for the service dept. and never received a return call. It took me over (15) phone calls to finally get my recall work scheduled. I live 60 miles away from them so I can't just walk down and ask what the deal is. I'm confused on what they even do for a service on an EV. but I'll definitely be going to a different volkswagen dealership to have them actually finish my 20k mile service. my service engine light is still on after their service. and half the stuff on the service report that they claim they checked I can tell they didn't.
