Terrible. The reason for my appointment was to complete the 1000 miles check that was not adequately done to begin with. I was getting alert signals that fluids were low due to them not completing this when I brought it in initially. I dropped my car off at 8:00am, they said it would be approx 1-2 hours. I called from 12-130 as I hadn't heard from anyone, could not get through. I called the parts department at 2:30 and they transferred me. I was on hold for 37 minutes only to find out they hadn't looked at my car yet. Service writer said they would check it and call me back within the hour. At 4:30 I went to the dealership, they still hadn't looked at my car so I asked to just take it and go. I waited 45 minutes for them to retrieve my car then he disappeared again. I took my key off his desk and took my car, no one was around. So I did not have my car looked at and now I am worried what will happen if I ever have an actual issue. This place is an absolute mess; someone desperately needs to figure things out. I wish I hadn't bought my car from them, now I am stuck there. More

Adam, in their service department, does an outstanding job of interacting with customers. He recently went above and beyond to honor a commitment for a service loaner vehicle for me. To be fair they are under construction and in complete chaos. In the past they have been great to work with. Car was towed in on the 5th, they did not look at it until the 10th and I didn't get it back un chaos. In the past they have been great to work with.
