The service to our car was done as requested. We arrived on time and the car was ready even sooner than estimated. Between whatever change in service personnel happened during COVID and the current disruption from remodeling, the staff quality, the time it takes to get an appointment and tech service is far below what we have experienced in the past. I trust when those issues are solved, Audi Service Spokane will be back to the superior service we have come to expect. More

I use to love getting my car serviced here but the service has gone down hill the past few years.(even before COVID) You can never talk to a live person in the service department. An oil change took all day when I was told I would get my car back by noon. Finally around 3:30pm I got frustrated and went there to check on the status because calling is an exercise in frustration. Finally got my car back at 4pm. (9:30am drop off time) I will be looking for someplace else to service my car in the future. Bummed because I have always gone there. To top it off I received an email today that I missed my appointment. This place does not know up from down. More
