Update: my daughter contacted Audi of Spokane. Once again they passed the buck and blamed the entire incident on BMW. My daughter would not have gone to BMW for help if Spokane Audi wouldn’t have referred her there. Spokane Audi refuses to take any blame or to even split the cost! Once again DO NOT BUY from Spokane Audi unless you a bad costumer service experience!
