New Q3 Cassandra Crawford and Jana Gaytan were wonderful and very efficient. However senior management at the dealership, not so much. I waited nearly 3 ho Cassandra Crawford and Jana Gaytan were wonderful and very efficient. However senior management at the dealership, not so much. I waited nearly 3 hours (along with other customers) between working with Cassandra and getting into Finance. I purposefully went to pick up my car in a weekday early morning to avoid having to wait. Managment saw the people waiting for Finance and didn’t call in backup help. Poor customer service on the part of the dealership. More
