I recently ordered and leased a 2021 SQ8 and the process was incredibly smooth. Given the high demand of the car, it took almost 5 months for it to be built and delivered, but Mark kept me up to date on the was incredibly smooth. Audi Stevens Creek under the representation of Mr. Joseph Quinonez is far from an Audi dealer that I would recommend friends or family members to do business with....This is why.....I have emailed Mr. Quinon Quinonez is far from an Audi dealer that I would recommend friends or family members to do business with....This is why.....I have emailed Mr. Quinonez twice about the scratches on the windshield of the Audi etron 2019 I purchased in December and it is January 3, 2021 and I have not received any answer from him.....Also before concluding the sale; he promised to order a touch up paint color for scratches found in the rear bumper, again he or any one from the dealer has contacted me.... It appears that once the sale is done, Audi Stevens Creek does not return any phone calls or emails.....Why is Audi Stevens Creek under the representation of Mr. Quinonez's unprofessional conduct; I will never know....Finally I have shared my terrible experience with Mr. Quinonez/Audi Stevens Creek with friends and family and I am very certain that they will not do any business with your unprofessional dealer.
