The dealership was very easy to work with. The people were nice, they didn’t hard-sell anything and it was overall a pleasant experience to purchase the car. I would say the Fina e part was especially qu were nice, they didn’t hard-sell anything and it was overall a pleasant experience to purchase the car. I would say the Fina e part was especially quick and efficient and I appreciated the use of technology to make that part easier. However, it still took 2 hours to complete the purchase when everything was arranged in advance and I even sent my drivers license and insurance ahead of time. The process really should be further streamlined, although I guess this probably isn’t a Stevens Creek- specific issue. An additional suggestion would be to spend more time explaining some of the obvious new EV owner questions - I found the initial set-up confusing and would have benefited from some pointers before leaving the dealership More
