We had agreed to sell Mr. Naples a new Porsche left over 2007 Cayman certified, discounted $24,000 off sticker price including an additional $6,000 worth of Champion accessories on it which, due to a recently modified guideline which we were not aware of until halfway through the certification process, prevented the car from qualifying for Porsche Certification. We offered Mr. Naples two options: replace the high performance accessories with factory accessories and Porsche certify the car or leave the accessories and provide a compatible Fidelity warranty, which happens to be higher priced than the Porsche warranty both at no additional cost. Neither of these solutions were acceptable to Mr. Naples. We regret not informing Mr. Naples earlier of our findings. Obviously, it is our goal to earn a customer rather than lose one. We regret not being able to arrive at a solution. At Porsche Stratham our goal is to satisfy ever client however like in every business operating today there are occasional issues that arise. It is my belief that a true test of an organizations merit can be measured by how an “issue” is handled and the solutions that are offered. My hope is that this explanation will set the record straight. Sean VanPraet General Manager
