I dealt with salesperson, John, for a hot second and never heard from him again. Frank was supposed to get back to me with pricing to match the price he had given earlier, which he had not written down. I never got anything in writing. He never called me back so I bought from another dealer. I have heard other similar stories where people on the Seacoast buy from non-local dealers because of Stratham Audi's less than stellar reputation. I had zero confidence in anything I was told.
