I was treated with respect and kindness during each encounter. The only encounter that was not top-notch was when I returned my vehicle to the service department for a service that was part of the sales agreement and because my used vehicle was not an Audi brand the service desk personnel dismissed me to the garage.. but fortunately someone overheard how I was being treated and stepped in with courtesy and respect. It was the best car buying experience in my 62 years of life thus far. Thank you! More
