My car was scheduled for a 20,000-mile service. I explained to Tim, the service advisor, that I could hear a thud noise when driving over 45mph. The scheduled service was performed and my car was returned to me running perfectly. Tim kept me informed throughout the process, explained what would be done and the cost. Nothing was done until I gave my approval. The professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented, friendly staff made this service visit a pleasant encounter.
