I didn’t intend on purchasing a car but rather shop and compare. My two previous experiences with other dealerships were terrible to say the least where I even walked out from one of the them in the first compare. So when I was introduced to Zach Kelly at Audi of Stuart, I was guarded to be honest. I quickly realized this was different. He was easy going and wasn’t pushy. He was helpful and when he showed me a vehicle I really liked at the price point I wanted to stay with - I decided then that I would purchase from him. Instead of going to the next two dealerships I planned that day to visit, my decision to buy was propelled because of my experience with Zach. I also appreciated my interaction with the finance manager, Derek Neuner. I hope they both get the proper recognition especially since I made the purchase without intending to that day! More

My last service may have been the best service I have ever received in the 5.5 years that I have been coming to this dealership. Ken Dunlap, the service manager, goes out of his way to make sure the customers are well treated. I love that they provide loaner cars, usually an Audi, which makes the whole service event very pleasurable, actually. I have faith in the service department and appreciate that they take such good care of my beloved Audi. Kudos to all for a job well done! More
