Even though my interaction with the sales team were pleasant & professional I had one disappointing experience. After finishing the finance paperwork walking out to the new Q5, I was told there is only pleasant & professional I had one disappointing experience. After finishing the finance paperwork walking out to the new Q5, I was told there is only one Key to the vehicle. I was taken back because in all the cars I have purchased from Jeeps to Mercedes I have always received 2 Keys. I declined an option that offered lost key replacement. Since I assumed there were two keys. I let it be known of my disappointment to both the salesperson & the sales manager. The only solution they gave was I could purchase an additional key for $800. I mentioned this to let future buyers know before signing off on the contract make sure they provide 2 key fobs. Don’t assume any of the details or you just might be disappointed. More
