Not quite a 5-star experience. They damaged the license plate base installing their plastic advertising frame at delivery and won't replace it. They did not perform a needed TSB (2059057/4) which affects d plate base installing their plastic advertising frame at delivery and won't replace it. They did not perform a needed TSB (2059057/4) which affects driveability. Their pre-delivery inspection "missed" the off-track panoramic headliner. There is a very noticeable rattle above the glove box area. Another Audi dealer has stepped up to remedy the problems, except for the plate frame. I have contacted our salesman, Birney, Boehland and also the manager, Kirk Rowden, and they will not respond. I would be satisfied if they merely sent me the license plate mount. I am a financial professional, this is our 5th Audi, and it looks like we will be taking our future business elsewhere. More
