Audi Stuart and I set up an appointment, I arrived on time, waited only a couple of minutes, they provided me with loaner and said they would call when the car was ready, probably, mid afternoon. Mid afternoon I received a call that the service was complete, arrived at Audi Stuart, the car was clean and ready and the reason for the recall explained to me. The staff was very efficient.
