Sam Kirmani in service is excellent. The service department itself sucks and may be incompetent. I had to bring the vehicle back after an oil change because the low oil light came on. The service department itself sucks and may be incompetent. I had to bring the vehicle back after an oil change because the low oil light came on. This is the second service in a row I have had to bring the vehicle back because the work was done improperly. I am very dissatisfied with an Audi dealership being so incompetent and will probably start going back to a different dealership much farther away instead of ever coming back here for service let alone sales. More
