Our experience could not have been better. I am 90 years old I was shopping for a car for my wife. Our adult grandchildren came to help us with the process. I purchased my first brand new car, an Audi S5, from Justin Yaffey at Audit of Stuart. Justin was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made the car buying experience pleasant. After the sale, he sat down with me in the car and showed me some of the features that I was totally unfamiliar with. He answered questions after the sale as well and whenever I go to the dealership for service, he asks me how I'm loving my car. He is a credit to the dealership. I've had the car in for service twice, once for a tire replacement, and once for the 10,000 mile maintenance. The last time I was there Ethan was my Service Specialist. He make my appointment over the phone and was there when I brought the car in. Ethan was very helpful and explained what was going to be done to my car. The only complaints I would have are that it took a little more time to check the car in and that my car was not washed or cleaned when I picked it up. I assumed with a luxury brand like Audi, they would have cleaned the car. Next time I will ask. Overall it has been a great experience with Audi of Stuart. More
