I had a great experience. The valet was very courteous and helpful when we arrived. Garrett, my service advisor, explained everything and recommended that we take the loaner ( The valet was very courteous and helpful when we arrived. Garrett, my service advisor, explained everything and recommended that we take the loaner (we originally planned to wait) as the software updates would very likely take several hours. Charles, the technician, texted a video explaining what was done and the findings of his inspection. My request/instruction that, the car was NOT to be washed (I am extremely picky) was followed, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone from beginning to end was attentive and helpful. More
