Service writer could not explain the service to be performed or tell me how long it would take (3-5 days). Nor acceptable for a software update. While driving from Melbourne to Naples FL, my low tire indicator light came on twice. I found an imbedded screw that was causing the leak. Thankfully Service Manager Ken answered my roadside call saying Y indicator light came on twice. I found an imbedded screw that was causing the leak. Thankfully Service Manager Ken answered my roadside call saying YES! they DID have an exact replacement for my tire. Upon my arrival, Patty was so welcoming, making me feel right at home. Patty took very good care of me, explaining that service would check ALL the other tires and fluids as well, ensuring me the car would be safe for my trip back home. Turn around was actually pretty quick, so I was back on the road in no time. Patty even called me later to be sure I got home safely. Service and care above and beyond what would be expected.
