Christina tried to convince me I needed $1500 of additional services to maintain my car. Her quote was based on 20,000 miles when I only had 10,000. She also had to hand write certain “upgrades” and the pricing because “they wouldn’t show up when she printed it out”— I imagine that money might just get pocketed by her and not be going towards any services for my car at all. She also stood over my shoulder and kept talking about my nails when I tried to read the contract before I signed off. It seemed like she didn’t want me to be able to read it. I wasn’t responding to her except for “thank you” and she wouldn’t stop taking or standing over me. Terrible experience overall. I won’t go back for oil changes or inspections until the future. Be really careful here. The Tampa salespeople are snakes. I ended up purchasing my Audi Q5 in Orlando because the Tampa dealership insisted they didn’t have any black Audi Q5 anywhere in Florida so I needed to buy used. It’s was a complete lie. There was a black Audi Q5 listed on the Audi website in Orlando. I left the Tampa dealership and purchased from Orlando the next day. The Tampa salesman tried to sell me a new Q5 in another color, but he quoted me $5000 more than Orlando. There was no chance I was ever going to buy from Tampa. They’re terrible sales people. More

I confirmed it on BMW USA’s official VIN recall page: engine starter recall, Remedy not available, issued Sep. 23, 2025 (campaign 25V-636), with safety-risk language including potential thermal event/fire even when parked. When I called to discuss options, the GM denied there was a recall and offered no helpful solutions or written confirmation. I had already paid $4,000 down, and after delays the refund was pushed to a check by mail. This was not the level of professionalism expected from a luxury-branded dealership. More

They ran credit and got everything closed up. I said to manager me and my brother are on the way up please wait! we drive from far away. We'll after 1hr drive they left for day and wasted our time. I call him on it, he says ill save you a thousand bucks if you buy gap, ceramic protection and glass protection. This is extortion and against the Law 💯 I said no I have an agreed deal and we ran credit for this agreement only. He said sorry you wont help me, I refuse to help you. He stated he will no longer keep his agreed price, he stated go somewhere else. I said fine and both me and my brother walked out with our cash. Audi Tampa tried to extort me and my brother. Then on top of it, a bait and switch with intent to commit fraud. People GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I THOUGHT THESE PEOPLE DID GOOD BUISNESS THERE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND MADE BY EMPLOYEES. !! You get talked down to on speaker phone like the wolf of wall street and email the owner and he is even worse! I assure you you are too established to be abused on a car that costs less than your watch. They are even afraid to call you when you want to give feedback. Save yourself the aggravation and keep your self respect. You get phone calls from multiple people all giving you a different price and story. It is as if the guys in the back are undercutting the salesman in the front to grab the deal. Real shady here. Fee you to death. More

We needed a car, checked online with VW, Honda, Nissan, and did a drive by at Tampa Audi. 1. Damian greeted us. 7pm. Polite. Respectful. Considerate. An absolute professional. 2. Damian showed us cars...new, pre-owned, certified, and knew most details of all of the models. 3. Damian made us feel welcome. Because of Damian, we bought a Q5 the next day. 4. He continues to follow up with us. Between Damian (our professional Audi sales dude), and Vlad (our Audi tech who can walk us through the details of the car), and Benjamin, the finance professional....no complaints. I was traveling south on I-75 from Maryland and my battery warning came on on my Q7. We had no AC as well. We found the closest Audi dealer. When I went in to the service dept. I was greeted by Christina Turner who took all my info and got her team to begin to diagnose my problem. She kept us informed of their progress. When they determined the problem, we were told they would correct it as quickly as possible. This occurred mid-afternoon on a Saturday, but they got us back on the road in a timely manner. I’ve had nothing but issues with my brand-new Audi, and you’d think the service department would be helpful, but they couldn’t care less. All they care about is making a sale. After browsing google Audi Tampa's website came up, we saw they had a reasonably priced car that seemed perfect for her. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Abdiel, and from that moment on, he was nothing short of amazing. Normally, I dread going to dealerships due to previous negative experiences, but Abdiel completely changed my perspective. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He gave us the freedom to test drive the car with no pressure, allowing us to really feel comfortable with the decision. There was a minor issue with the car that needed fixing, and Abdiel immediately took care of it, making all the necessary arrangements to ensure it was addressed.
