She's going to break records in that she had the paper work done and the service underway in less than 10 minutes (it would have been less if we had not discussed our families). The work was done by the time I got settled in the waiting lounge ( I did take a little nap and Tina gently woke me up so I could be on my way. She had all the paper work done and I was on my way. Earlier while looking over the new models George the service manager made a point to chat for a few moments (We have known each other for 15 years or so now) Both George and Tina are the reason for staying with Audi. Great Job! More

I mention that it was purchased elsewhere because this dealership treats me like a long term customer. I got a free loaner. (2017 A3) plus a discount because my car is an older model. Even with the discount the work is not cheap, but it is done right the first time. Previously I tried a local repair shop that specializes in European autos, only to have to take it to this dealership to get the car fixed right. More

When we test drove the Audi TT hardtop he let me know all the fine points of the car. I wish that they had had a roadster for me to test drive, but after ordering one, I am very happy with it. When the car I ordered came in we were able to have lots of time to learn the tech stuff with Kevin M. He is a great teacher and really enjoys his job. We were always made to feel comfortable and offered water and fruit if we wanted it. I had my BMW serviced at Reeves for 8 years and was always very happy with the service. More

I was called to tell me when my car would be ready and when I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car after the service and detailing, I was processed quickly and because I took the maintenance contract at the time of purchase, I only paid a very reasonable amount for the detailing. Audi completed my service plus fixed another problem with my air conditioning. I was notified by the service man that I could come get my car that afternoon or the next day. They really worked with my schedule and didn't rush me to come get the car that evening. I picked up my car the next day and it was a painless process. All very organized and quick. More
