I received a call from a finance guy on 4/14/24 telling me that my uncle had put me down as a reference. He continued to tell me what car it was and that my uncle had no credit but that it was fine because me that my uncle had put me down as a reference. The finance guy told me that my uncle did not want to call me and was too embarrassed to ask and reminded me that I was family and family should help each other out and that my uncle would never screw me over, keep in mind I've never met this guy and I've never talked to my uncle about the possibility of cosigning a car loan. I start asking questions and tell the finance guy that this is a big decision and responsibility as I'm about to ask more questions he cuts me off and tells me to talk to my uncle. I tell my uncle I'm not done asking questions, so he hands the phone back. I start asking about the interest rate and I tell him that he can't assure anyone a bank will approve my uncle in 6 months and that I would have to think about it so he cuts me off again and tells me that I need to talk to my uncle and tell him I don't want to help him, I get annoyed and I tell him that I should not have to say anything to my uncle and I hung up on him. This left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. I did not appreciate the conversation at all, and it felt like an ambush. This call was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it really upset me that the finance guy was trying to make me uncomfortable by having me be the one to tell my uncle I did not want to cosign. After talking to my uncle and mom (she was also present) they told me that they both told the finance guy not to call me and my uncle had told him that if he could not get approved then that was that but that he did not feel comfortable asking me to do something like that. I wish I could give 0 stars. Called for a simple oil and filter change, also told them there might be a front engine main seal leak. The absolute service department I have ever encountered. I paid for service agreement which should include a rental car. I understand the issues these days with rental cars, However for the past 5 times I paid for service agreement which should include a rental car. I understand the issues these days with rental cars, However for the past 5 times I have tried to bring my car in with a 2 to 3 week wait for appt, they could not provide a car. The personnel changes there faster than I change my clothes. Still waiting over 4 months for a door panel. I have a drive motor that they do not know how to fix. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . More
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I recently bought 2022 Etron paid $2k more over sticker. Fine i agreed. Agreed on the driveoff, monthly payment, money factor/ interest etc all in writing. At finance I added 3 yr maintenance plan for $999 & Wheel & tire for $1280.00 which changed the payment by little bit but the crooked finance lady changed the interest rate also by little bit which ended up costing me $864 more for the 36 month lease . They also charged for paint protection door guard film which should be on the vehicle but its not. I figured out the next day I call the sales person 5 times few text messages, 3 calls to the sales manager & 3 calls to the finance. More
This is the most dishonest place I have ever been. Tried to work a deal with them and they tried to change the terms (months of financing) hoping we wouldn't notice. FYI Michael is the sales manager, the finance manger, the warranty person and the HR guy, so go to him for all your questions. Oh and Steven didn't know that the terms were changed from our original request..... really isn't that your job to pay attention and relay the correct information to the customer!!! If I were you and looking for an Audi I would go to Rusnak Westlake and ask for anyone because we did and we got better customer service than the town we live in!!! More
