He was nice, informetive, honest, and gave me the price not only for my car to tread in, but for my new one I purchased, that couldn't be beat! The following morning I was up in Road Island fom Connecticut to pick up my new car. I can honestly say, this was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I ever experienced! Having owned a 2004 A4 that was regularly serviced at Inskip Audi, I was already familiar with their high level of professionalism and personal service. When the time came for me to upgrade to a new mod Inskip Audi, I was already familiar with their high level of professionalism and personal service. When the time came for me to upgrade to a new model, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for based upon an Internet search prior to visiting the dealership. The Internet rep helped me to schedule a meeting with sales rep Mark Walker at my convenience. Ironically, when I arrived the car I had viewed online was no longer available. However, Mark had a 2011 A4, same color, at the "Prestige" level with everything I wanted plus more options that were nice but not on my "must have" list. He worked it out so that I was able to purchase the car for less than the price of the initial car, with all of the bells and whistles attached. The process was smooth, seamless, and efficient. One thing I do not enjoy is spending hours haggling over price or filling out lots of paperwork. The introduction to the finance rep (Erin) was painless, and when I came back to pick up the car, everything was ready and waiting, no surprises! Great teamwork all around. More
I have purchased 6 new cars in my life from various dealerships. David Sorafine did everything a car salesman should be doing to not only get a sale but create a lasting impression that makes the customer want to return. He: 1)Used ZERO high pressure sales tactics. He had a very relaxed and warm attitude throughout the sale. 2)Respected me and my wifes intelligence and knowledge about the sale 3)Offered close to the value of Kelley Blue Book for our trades 4)Went above and beyond in offering his services to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Never before has a car buying experience been this easy, enjoyable and memorable as it was from David Sorafine at Inskip Audi. I plan on returning to Inskip Audi in the future to, hopefully if he is there, work with David again on another car buying experience. I have already posted statuses on Facebook recommending him personally for his excellent service. I also want to note that Erin Barber of the Finance office at Inskip Audi was a pleasure to work with as well. She was warm, funny, easy going and didn't have any surprises for us when she worked out the final numbers. She also did her best and provided us a very reasonable interest rate on our loan. The Inskip dealership itself deserves high praise for being very clean, "high tech" and high-end looking. We will definitely be recommending Inskip Audi and especially David Sorafine to everyone we know. More
In January I decided to trade in my Lexus 350 and buy a smaller SUV. After doing some research on the internet it seemed to me that either a BMW X3 or Audi Q5 was what I was looking for. Having previously had a good experience with Inskip, my husband and I headed down intending to do nothing but look at both cars. Went to Inskip BMW first and met a very nice salesman who showed us an X3 and offered a test drive which we declined. We then went next door to Inskip Audi and were greeted by David Sorafine. David showed us a Q8 and convinced me that I really should drive it. I loved the car and when we got back to the dealership David convinced me to sit down and talk some numbers. He was actually fun to negotiate with and I think the deal he offered us was fair, but since I had not yet done any research on what would be a good price for either the Q5 or my Lexus, I told David I wasn’t ready to buy yet. He graciously thanked us for coming in and said he hoped that when I was ready to buy I would give him a chance to make a sale. Assuring him that I would, we went home and didn’t return for a couple of months. When I called David to make an appointment he told me the car I had looked at in January was sold, but asked exactly what I was looking for so he could try to have it on the lot. When my husband and I arrived back at Inskip David had a car which was almost identical to the one I drove (including the color) and when he gave me a price which was within the range I had decided I would pay, we quickly made a deal. I then talked with Erin Barber who took me efficiently through the registration and financing process and assured me the car would be ready for pick up in two days. When I went to get the car, David spent an hour going over the bells and whistles with me and before I left gave me his cell phone number and told me to call if I had a question or problem. With a smooth ride and plenty of pep, the Q5 is FUN to drive. I would recommend the Q5, David and Inskip to anyone. More
This dealership is excellent in every way. Steve Gilman was the first I spoke with and I haved dealt with him many times. Mike Johnston is the service manager and really cares that everything is done correctly at the price they give you and there are no surprises. There is a nice place to wait and look at all the new Audis. My car was bought to me washed and looking great, everything detailed on what they did and it drove beautifully on the way home. TRUST is everything and I trust that they will try to do their best, be honest and fair and it is an absolute pleasure working with Steve and Mike. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership. After having visited quite a few dealerships, I finally arrived at this dealership as a referral from a customer of my husband's business. It was such a relief to speak with Ron as he listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. All questions that I had were answered quickly and explained thoroughly. He took the necessary time to address any concerns that I had in an efficient and knowledgable manner. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler that very afternoon and with the help and expertice of Ron, I quickly learned how to remove the top,ect. with relative ease and capability,which I had previously questioned my ability to do so. He was determined to allow me to feel comfortable with the vehicle of my choice and exibited extradinary patience and professionalism. He contiually showed a sense of interest in what I was looking for, yet maintained a friendly disposition which insured a relaxed atmosphere that I absolutely appreciated. It's no wonder that he is the General Manager as he is a dedicated and professional individual. I will definately refer those in my circle to visit this dealership FIRST. At no time was I asked if my husband needed to help me make the decision or approve the purchase, and I think I got a fair price, and a fair trade-in allowance. Inskip has always had a good reputation, and in conjunction with my past experience with their Nissan dealership, I can honestly say they met and exceeded that reputation with this purchase. More
After working with my local dealer to find just the right car and not getting far, I started reaching out to dealers out of my local area with mixed reviews. When I was reached Mark Walker at Inskip Audi in RI, I was immediately comfortable with his understanding of my situation and his willingness to help. Mark conducted an exhaustive search and gave me the exact spec of every car that was close to my request within a large search area. He found a car I never would have come across and got final numbers to me within hours. I confirmed some lease specifics with his finance specialist, Erin, and we were all on the same page. We finalized everything in 1 day. Mark got the car to his dealership within two business days, prepped it, 3M clear bra and full detail. I showed up that night to take delivery (and I was almost an hour early). Mark was ready to deliver the car, manual, keys, etc sitting on his desk, he had worked everything out with my insurance company for the plate transfer. While we went over how the keys worked, etc the (I assume) sales manager and two salesmen were on their knees transferring the plates my trade and Erin from finance had me sign the usual 20 pages of required documents and I was driving away within 40 minutes of arriving at the dealership. Why did I pick Mark Walker & Inskip Audi? Because they took care of me better than any other dealership in the northeast from the minute they picked up the phone the first time. Would I recommend them again? Absolutely. This is my 7th new Audi in a row. I have never had such a smooth, stress free, well orchestrated experience. At most dealerships the mentality is each salesperson for themselves. Although they were not particularly busy, you could tell Inskip Audi has a team of high quality professionals that work well together. It really was a great experience and I would highly recommend the whole Inskip Audi team. The deal? No other Audi dealer gave me a deal that was even close. No hassle, no games. Just a really good deal. More
I was in the market for an Audi S4 - tough car to come by. Inskip didn't have what I wanted in stock (nor did any other dealer). In doing so, they honored a generous discount (for this model) offered against their in-stock vehicle. I felt that their trade value was fair for my vehicle, and their service was excellent. I kept asking for the bad news first, and I never got it. Tom Vincent did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my transaction, and immediately went to the port to pick the car up. This is an A+ rating from someone that hates purchasing cars (historically), and can be brutal to deal with. I look forward to service visits and future transactions with Inskip. More
