Let me start by saying I love my Audi Q5. However the cost of service at this dealership is outrageously high. I was charged $629 for labor for a 20000 mile service which could not have taken more than cost of service at this dealership is outrageously high. I was charged $629 for labor for a 20000 mile service which could not have taken more than 4 hours to complete. My car was picked up at 9:30 and I was called at 2:30 to inform me that the service was complete. In addition they sold me a wheel alignment service for which I was charged $390, which also is much higher than the going rate. Before this service experience I was prepared to get another Audi Q5 when my lease was up, but now I’m having second thoughts. After my car was returned and I saw the detailed breakdown of the charges as well as a charge for gas I called my service advisor and left a message expecting a call back, but it’s now 2 days later and he hasn’t returned my call. The Interior of the car had a black mark on the driver's side pillar, still visible even after cleaning attempt. Dashboard has some sort of glue on the glossy area, I had to remove. Aluminum frame around the plastic has some defect (not horrible). A rubber band apparently is still dried onto the turn signal. Two weeks after accepting delivery, the car was low on washer fluid and I literally used it maybe 4-5 times, it took over 1 gallon. Is this not "dealer prep"? More
