⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Audi West Palm Beach! My girlfriend’s lease was coming to an end, and honestly, we didn’t know what to do. We were more worried about the entire process of going from dealer to dealer, trying to compare pricing, understand our options, and deal with the stress that usually comes with leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. Before contacting Audi West Palm Beach, we reached out to several dealerships throughout South Florida. Some never even returned our calls, while others seemed far more interested in making a sale than actually helping us understand our options. Our frustration was at an all-time high until we connected with Charles Smith at Audi West Palm Beach. From the very first conversation, Charles went far beyond anything we expected. He truly treated us with what I would call the “red carpet” experience, even though at that point we were simply gathering information and comparing options. Charles took the time to understand our situation, explain the lease-end process, present multiple vehicle options, and provide transparent, upfront pricing with no games or pressure. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us make the right decision—not just selling a car. After comparing offers throughout South Florida, we truly believe Audi West Palm Beach provided one of the most competitive deals available. Charles worked hard on our behalf and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. To make things even more convenient, my girlfriend wasn’t able to leave work to pick up her new vehicle. Without hesitation, Charles personally delivered the new Audi to her office, walked her through all of the vehicle’s features, answered every question, and made sure she felt completely comfortable before leaving. That level of customer service is extremely rare today. I’ve been buying and leasing vehicles for more than 20 years, including brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Porsche, BMW, and Audi. I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service quite like what Charles provided. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Charles Smith at Audi West Palm Beach. On a scale of 1 to 10, Charles earns a 10+. Thank you, Charles, for making what could have been a stressful experience such an enjoyable and memorable one. You have earned customers for life! More

STAY AWAY — Audi West Palm Beach turned a simple visit into an overcharge, a double‑charge, and a headache. I booked exactly what I needed: an oil change and a belt/supercharger noise inspection. That’ into an overcharge, a double‑charge, and a headache. I booked exactly what I needed: an oil change and a belt/supercharger noise inspection. That’s it. Once the car was in, the advisor re‑coded my visit as a 10K service—on a car that doesn’t even have 10,000 miles. When I called around after the fact, multiple nearby Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for the 10K package. Audi West Palm Beach? They rang me up for $1,300+, and with head‑scratching add‑ons and tax, the final hit was $1,703.09. The math did not add up, and nobody could explain it. Then came the worst part: payment games. They ran one of my cards and told me it didn’t go through, asked for another card, and charged that too. Both charges posted. Only because I caught it did they agree to refund one—which says everything about how this place operates. When I tried to get straight answers, the service manager was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t reconcile the invoice totals or tax on paper. And yes, they actually bragged they’re “the most expensive in the country.” That’s not premium service—that’s a massive red flag. I walked in ready to become a long‑term customer—do all my service here and even buy future cars. After this experience? Never again. In my opinion, the way this store handled my visit felt predatory: misrepresent the work requested, inflate the price, double‑charge, then stonewall when pressed on the numbers. Dates and amounts (for anyone who wants the receipts): Dec 13, 2025 — Appointment booked specifically for oil change + belt/supercharger inspection. Dec 15, 2025 — Two separate $1,703.09 charges processed on two different cards. Dec 17, 2025 — One of the charges refunded after I confronted them. Pricing check — Multiple local Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for 10K service; WPB billed $1,300+, then landed at $1,703.09 with questionable line items/tax. Bottom line: If you value transparency, fair pricing, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Audi West Palm Beach. Verify every line item if you’re already booked, and watch your statements like a hawk. For everyone else: save your time, protect your wallet, and go elsewhere. More
I’ve bought and serviced many cars over the years, but no one has ever treated me with the professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that Christine Feteira did at Audi West Palm Beach. This isn’t my first Audi from West Palm, it’s actually my fourth. I’ve been a loyal Audi customer because I love the cars and up until now I thought the dealership valued that loyalty. Shout-out to Ric my fourth. I’ve been a loyal Audi customer because I love the cars and up until now I thought the dealership valued that loyalty. Shout-out to Ricardo and Dane, at least they responded and tried to help. Unfortunately, once this got above their level, the management team (Jake / Lisa) went silent. We gave them multiple opportunities to make things right, and instead of fixing the issue they just ignored us. Here’s the problem: despite my wife’s 800+ credit and our history with the store, the deal came back with a money factor above the buy rate plus stacked add-ons and fees. That’s the exact opposite of the transparency, fairness, and loyalty retention Audi corporate says it expects. They never itemized the inceptions. I still dont even have my keychains (a small thing but it exhibits the lack of care) What stings the most is not the numbers, it’s the lack of accountability and communication. A premium brand should never make repeat customers feel brushed off. That’s how you destroy CSI scores and brand trust. Audi is supposed to be about customer satisfaction, integrity, and long-term relationships, not short-term profit at the customer’s expense. Unless this store changes direction, it risks losing the very people who actually want to stay loyal to the brand. More
In all my years of dealing with any dealership, this Audi dealership is at the very bottom. I hesitate to post this because I know that some dealers have a bad day. But this bad day put me out of $1,400 with dealership is at the very bottom. I hesitate to post this because I know that some dealers have a bad day. But this bad day put me out of $1,400 without even getting an oil change and left me with a car that actually was dangerous. The day started when I walked over to the service desk and sat down. The service individual didn't even look at me for nearly 10 minutes as they were on the phone with a warranty company. When they hung up the phone, they said something about the warranty company and never actually greeted me or introduced themselves to me, obviously having a bad day. Okay, so that happens. After they told me my oil change would be around $500, I asked them why would you charge me that much? What are you doing that's special? The person said that's what we charge. There was no explanation given. I said well, I'll take it somewhere else. So I did. I took it to a local garage who did a complete checkup of my vehicle and video footage of the CV joints connecting my four wheels showed incredible deterioration and a safety hazard. Audi of West Palm Beach had just done what they said was a complete multi-point inspection of my vehicle for anything that was needed. I ended up paying nearly $1,400 for various and sundry items but I drove out of there with an unsafe vehicle. It was an unfortunate experience. The was bad from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I only post this now because I just got an email from them saying that my service is due. More
