He listened to what was important to me and only showed me cars he knew I would like. He only wanted to make me happy and get me into a car that I "loved!" And he worked at it hard without putting any pressure on me to buy. I had no intention of walking out of the dealership with a car that day as I had 3 months left on my A3, but between Osner and the sales manager Dan Diamond, they offered me a deal that made so much sense for me to act.
