Making it Easier I hate shopping in general. Shopping for cars is the worse for me. I visited a number of car dealers quite confused but once I got to Palm Beach Aud I hate shopping in general. I walked into Audi with my team of friends and experienced nothing but welcoming voic I'm 25 years old and this was my second car shopping experience. I walked into Audi with my team of friends and experienced nothing but welcoming voices. One voice stood out: Rony! Rony was a delight. He was knowledgable and proud, but also able to articulate the details I needed to understand. He listened to what I wanted, showed me comparable many vehicles, and discussed all the options in detail. Throughout the entire process he was focused on me, not the sale. It even caught me off guard at times! At the end, he even took care of the window tint detailing of my new car (which took an additional day), without a second thought. His co-workers in the finance and service department also took impeccable care of me and made sure I was adequately, not excessively, covered. I finished my experience at this dealership by driving off in my new SQ5 with the biggest smile. I cannot recommend this salesman enough. More
