Recently, I bought two cars in one weekend -- an Audi S5 from Audi West Palm Beach and a Jeep Grand Cherokee from "another" dealer. The difference in dealerships was night and day. The Audi staff was professional and low key while the other experience was assembly-line and more akin to getting your driver's license renewed. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Braman. They appear to truly want your business and I expect I will be back again in the future. More

The vehicle I was interested in was exactly as it was described to me over the phone by Osvaldo Blanco (aka Ozzy). Ozzy was very helpful and friendly throughout the process and is genuinely a good soul. I also appreciate the service from the finance manager and the person who spent over an hour teaching me how all of the vehicle’s gadgets work since I have never owned an Audi before.
