I plan to bring it to a different dealership to have my vehicle fixed properly. The sad part is my lease is up in six month and tho I will lease another Audi it will not be on Okeechobee . I believe in servicing my car where it was purchased and I have no faith in the service department. More

Lee Aksoy is a huge asset to Braman Audi. I've used Lee for several purchases and have recommended several others to him. There's a reason why he's the number one producer there. Doesn't know a lot about cars, and he'll tell you that. But he knows car sales. I used to go shop around, but now I call Lee and just get the job done. I buy 2 or 3 cars a year, and I can honestly say he's the best car salesman I've dealt with. More

Pat was knowledgeable and communicated well. Jeff Galla runs a good service department. They do quality work and always take good care of their customers' needs. Labor at $185/hr is too high though and I would recommend sticking to necessities or warranty work only. More
