It's amazing, he continued on his phone and did not acknowledge our present. After waiting, Rony Michel and Freddy stepped in and offered to assist us and from there on the treatment was wonderful. Rony was a very pleasant associate and both he and Freddy provided us with the best deals and we were able drive out of there the perfect vehicle. I would recommend Rony and Freddy to anyone, they are great guys. More

My Audi experience went from bad to Great! I started off working with Derek Postin...unfortunately while test driving the Car that I thought I was destined for, another driving (who was texting I started off working with Derek Postin...unfortunately while test driving the Car that I thought I was destined for, another driving (who was texting) rear-ended me at stop sign. Long story short, the vehicle could not be purchased. I drove over 4hrs to close the deal on this car thinking my quest for purchaing a vehicle was over. While waiting to see "where I would go from here" Jeffery Brown stepped in and discussed some options with me...then other very friendly and caring dealers offered some very sound advise as well (not quite sure what happened to Derek Postin at the time, he just kinda disappeared and Jeffery stepped in). Long story short again, I ended up leaving the dealership with a new car (although I had not inteneded it to go this way, and although I may have spent more money than I had anticipated with the other pre-owned car i had lined up). It appears I ended up getting what I really wanted (the car i came to pick up was very nice, but I was settling for some of the options it did not have) now i have everthing I was hoping for, the turn around was quick, the General Manager worked with me to try to get as close to the payment I desired, the older dealers were all concerned about my outcome and offered help....jeffery was able to see me through to putting the tags on the car and handing me the keys...I love the car as Jeff thought I would) and I am well pleased with the overall end of my experience. More
