Worst service, no one cares that you are waiting or not. I have been there for more than 6 hours. I took appointment through online and I drove to the service center on time. They collected my car with key I have been there for more than 6 hours. I took appointment through online and I drove to the service center on time. They collected my car with key and requested me to wait at waiting lobby. I was there more than 3 hours and no one cares about that. I went to the some of the advisor and asked the estimated time. They said your advisor is not available and your appointment or service is not registered yet. This is very hardest thing to understand. They should told me that earlier then I could plan something or some other time. I should realise that before I take appointment as no other dealers have availability appointment other than this, this one is having full appointments available from morning to evening. That means no one interested service at there. I never post bad review to anyone other than this because it shows that how much I got hurt. Please dont go this service center as they will not care about your time and it seems they care about money how they have to grab it t from customer. I will write more once I got my vehicle in my hands. Please don't give your time that who don't care about other valuable time. More

Easy to get an appointment… friendly and helpful assistance checking in. Unfortunately the problem returned the next day. Have to take it back again. It’s a new car, only 300 miles. I had scheduled maintenance performed on my Audi. The service representative, Ed, was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The work was finished on time and my car was very clean, also. I purchased my first (used) vehicle on 10/22/22. Kevin was my salesman, when I went to look at the vehicle kevin assured me that the vehicle went through a 170 point inspection and that the vehicle Kevin was my salesman, when I went to look at the vehicle kevin assured me that the vehicle went through a 170 point inspection and that the vehicle was in great mechanical condition. The vehicle did have cosmetic damages which is expected on a 2013 (no big deal). I decided to do an oil change early, right before it hit 4,000 miles over the mileage at time of purchase. Upon removing the undercarriage shield we notice what happen to be a old severe oil leak (see pictures below) when this happened we called Audi of westmont and tried to reach kevin with no luck so I decided to leave a voicemail and explained to him that I had just purchased a vehicle (that was still under warranty by time and mileage at the time ) and I didn’t get a call back or a follow up, until I had to call multiple times after the holidays and still no luck reaching kevin(at this point I had driven the vehicle for work and back). After finally bringing this issue up multiple times I was transferred to the used car manager. I told him that the vehicle had been leaking oil and that it’s coming from the valve cover gasket. They tried telling it could’ve just been a loose filter ect.. after I showed him pictures he tried to claim that the leak seem new, and make it seem like we caused the issue, I showed him pictures and showed him the leak has been there for a while, the oil was dirty. He agreed to have the vehicle inspected by their technicians. I got a called from service verifying the valve cover gasket was the issue and that it would be $900+ for the repairs, i spoked to the used car manager and he basically said they couldn’t do anything even when I explain I reach out before the vehicle was out of warranty, even after we did a oil change early( before it hit 4,000 miles over the mileage at time of purchase) the vehicle happened to be out of warranty by 30 miles, I travel 18 miles one way to work and the reason it was out mileage was because no one reached out and called back until I had to call and call and call. It’s pretty upsetting as a 18 year old that I had to spend over $10,000 of my savings for my very first car! And have to deal with a leaking engine and a $900+ repair bill. Don’t believe a word they say about the inspections and the conditions of the cars take it to another shop and have them inspected also forget about them reaching back they never will unless it’s a manager. More
