I brought my car in because of two product recalls that needed to be addressed. They were promptly taken care of and they also replaced a brake part that was under warranty. Exceptionally Great Customer Service! I called the dealership asking if I can tow my car in a day earlier than my appointment and they happily agreed. I received a phone call that my car I called the dealership asking if I can tow my car in a day earlier than my appointment and they happily agreed. I received a phone call that my car had been received and they will be looking at it immediately. My service technician, Andrew contacted me to let me know the first steps and kept me informed every step of the way. When I needed clarification on an item the Service Director, Tonya contacted me. She too was such a pleasure and a great help in helping me to understand what was needed Andy next steps of getting my car together. I'd definitely use them in the future for any Audi related needs.
