Buying cars in this day and age (chip shortage) has been a very difficult process. Dealers put premiums above MSRP, they don't have cars available, and you're not really getting much of a deal. I just purchased my Audi at Audi Westmont and it was like the stars aligned. I looked for my new 2022 e-tron for what felt like an eternity. I reached out via phone and spoke with William, who is extremely knowledgeable. He worked on helping us find the exact car we wanted. I originally went away thinking it wasn't going to work but William and the team at Westmont kept working and eventually got a new car in stock and it was exactly what we wanted. On top of that, there was no premium above MSRP. William knew every single detail about the car and had a detailed answer for every question. He was extremely patient and made sure we were satisfied on all levels. The actual purchase experience was seamless and simple. I went in for a routine 20,000 mile service. When I went to pick up my car. Found a huge scrape on my door. Pointed it out to the service person. I am waiting for them to rectify it.
