Customers Beware, Deceptive, Poor communication, and Misleading... My 1st service call was on 4/9 and, the second service call was on 4/23 for the same problem. On 4/9 I paid for a defective driver's s Misleading... My 1st service call was on 4/9 and, the second service call was on 4/23 for the same problem. On 4/9 I paid for a defective driver's side low beam bulb approximately $151.00. On 4/23/22, I returned to Audi of Westmont for the same problem and, also had condensation and moisture in the driver side headlight assembly after the first repair. I was told by the service advisor Michael, that I would need a whole new driver side headlight assembly which would cost 3k and some change. I asked why the technician did not find this problem the first time and, long story short. I currently have a defective drivers side headlight and was left with no other alternative but, to pay or leave with nothing.. Do your homework and, don't just except what you are being told. get a second opinion. Goodbye Audi of Westmont you lost another customer of color!!!!!!! More
