Seriously the absolute worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. This started the day I purchased my Q7 when it literally took hours to get to Finance with no apologize for their slownes company I have dealt with. This started the day I purchased my Q7 when it literally took hours to get to Finance with no apologize for their slowness. It has continued to this day as I have requested 3 times now for their "Team" to respond to my request in their Chat Room as to what service agreement I purchased with my vehicle. Attempts to call as an alternative only leads to voicemails that are also not answered. For a high end dealer I would expect a Nordstrom experience instead I get K-Mart. Fortunately they are putting a new Audi dealer in St. Charles where I will take my future business to including the A7 I have my eye on. Stay away from this dealership! More
Highly recommend! Everyone there, made car buying a easy and enjoyable experience! William Calderon was very informative and made a "zero pressure to buy" atmosphere. and enjoyable experience! William Calderon was very informative and made a "zero pressure to buy" atmosphere. More
We have tried to purchase/order a car from Audi Westmont numerous times. Most recently, while standing on their lot (after being told by Naseem that they didn’t have any Q5’s to test drive) we booked an app numerous times. Most recently, while standing on their lot (after being told by Naseem that they didn’t have any Q5’s to test drive) we booked an appointment and PURCHASED a Q5 from Hoffman Estates in under 2 hours. The level of service and attention at Westmont is seriously lacking. We had cash in hand, ready to go, and they couldn’t even sell us a car. Interesting. More

Scheduled an on line appointment clearing detailing my issues with my AUDI A 8L, and asked for a loaner, since they would need to keep my car overnight to experience the "COLD START" issues I described. G issues with my AUDI A 8L, and asked for a loaner, since they would need to keep my car overnight to experience the "COLD START" issues I described. Got the last loaner of the day, because they never scrolled down to the end of the description. Had my car overnight and even gave permission for the Tech to take my car to his home and drive it under different conditions. AMAZINGLY, NOT ONE OF THE ISSUES I DESCRIBED could be replicated. BUT.... They did offer to charge me about $150 for a $29 air filter, $250 to remove and replace my brake fluid that even someplace like MIDAS does for $89 to $99. Claimed my brakes were bad and my air filter in need of replacement, when IRONICALLY, I just had my brakes done 3 months / 3 K miles earlier and Replaced the air filter myself. IF I had done everything they said, it would have been over $3000, of which, NOT ONE OF THESE THINGS would have fixed the issued I BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR. I got about a 20 page print out of all my detailed listing of everything I said need attention, and what they wanted to fix, but NOWHERE DID IT SAY what was wrong or why they couldn't find the issues I brought it in for. NO TECH NOTES, NOTHING !!! Several Issues I asked to be looked at were never even looked at. It's like a revolving door at that place with Service advisors. I'v had 3 AUDI's and was using them exclusively for service, but NO MORE. HELMUT & VITO'S right down the street is at least 1/2 the price on any service and they use all the same parts. SO SAD !!!!!! Taking advantage of the current situation. My wife went in to drop off her Q5 for its 55K service. She specifically stated she did not want any extras, and even passed on replacing her relative My wife went in to drop off her Q5 for its 55K service. She specifically stated she did not want any extras, and even passed on replacing her relatively new wipers; which they recommended. After a couple of hours the advisor called back and said the service would be about $1000. Since this was her first service after Audi Care expired at 50K she did not know what to expect, but being an Audi, knew it wouldn’t be cheap. She picked up the car, paid the bill and returned home. When I reviewed the 7 page RO it quickly became obvious that Audi Westmont slipped in $500 worth of unnecessary services that are not part of the 55K service. The Q5 is in perfect condition and needed no repairs per the inspection, yet they added an injector service and motor oil treatment for $500; doubling the normal cost of the 55K service. We have left 2 messages for the Service Manager (Jerry Mitre) and have not received any response. It is this type is thievery, and failure to follow up, that gives dealers like this a well-deserved bad reputation. We will be contacting Audi USA as well as the BBB to report this unethical behavior and complete disregard for our attempts to reach them. Potential customers beware, and avoid this Service Department! More
Corrupt, Deceptive, Shameless, Potentially Criminal Corrupt, Deceptive, Unethical. Never have I been treated so poorly by an auto dealer in my life. Audi Westmont takes the prize. Not only did they m Corrupt, Deceptive, Unethical. Never have I been treated so poorly by an auto dealer in my life. Audi Westmont takes the prize. Not only did they make every attempt to deny performing a prepaid standard maintenance on my 2015 Audi S5 under warranty; after they did the service, they returned my car to me with a Parking Brake Malfunction indicator lit and suggested that it needed a new wiring harness that would cost over $1100 to fix. I objected and said that the indicator had never appeared before taking the car in for service. They said it must have been a coincidence. I said it should be covered under my Certified Pre Owned (CPO) warranty but they claimed it was not. They ultimately agreed to do the service for $645 plus tax because of all of my trouble, but that was their best offer. This offer came from the service manager with the service director and service rep both present. All three met with me and denied the warranty coverage and sent me pictures stating that the wiring harness had a short in it. So I took my car back to Audi Hoffman Estates (where I bought it). They not only agreed to fix it under the CPO warranty for free; but after examining the car, said that the only thing wrong with it was that it was missing the fuse for the parking brake circuit and nothing was wrong with the wiring harness. The fuse was missing!!! Not blown!!! (Audi Westmont was the only facility that touched my car prior to the fuse being missing). Not only should they have repaired the car under the CPO warranty, but instead, they attempted to suggest that I pay for an unneeded repair. Please read the other reviews about this dealership. I am not the only one who has been treated this way. Shameful!!! I will never set foot in their dealership again… More
Unique blend of Crooked, Deceitful & Narcissistic Unusually slimy, narcissistic & deceitful; even for a car dealership. and I've been to my fair share of car dealerships, I know how they go. So disappointed with your service. Yesterday 21 oct 2019. I have an oil change appointment at 8:30 am. So i arrived there on time. I left my car parked with the keys in it. i spoke to The customer service agent and told him what im here for. So her took his ipad to make his round started the car and took pictures from different angles. After that we went to his desk so he can pull out my info. I mentioned to him that i have Audi care program. But he told me that he couldn’t access that. So i said thank you have a good and left so as im getting in my car to start it i discovered that the start button is pushed all the way in and now it looks like a hole. So i went in to tell the CS agent about what i saw and he called his manager. That last one without even looking at the car he accused me of creating that hole and asked me to leave. I asked to see the pictures that the agent took of my car and he refused to show them to me and asked me to leave. I was very disappointed it was not Necessary to treat me like that. More
Great customer service; pricing and inventory come up short I've had two encounters with Audi Westmont, an AutoNation dealership. My most recent experience was with the service department. I live and work prima I've had two encounters with Audi Westmont, an AutoNation dealership. My most recent experience was with the service department. I live and work primarily on the North Shore, but I had an appointment in Westmont one June weekday afternoon. I was driving my recently acquired 2019 Audi Q8 on I-294 when a tire pressure warning appeared on my dash. I dismissed it at first. TMPS can be volatile and unreliable in my experience. However, after the tire pressure warning continued to appear after my meeting across the street concluded, I decided to stop over to get some advice from them. I'm disappointed that I did not get his name, but a gentleman in the service department immediately walked up to me and asked me if there was anything he could do. I explained to him that I had a tire pressure warning in the virtual cockpit. He checked the tire in question and quickly found that a nail had punctured the tire. I asked him if it was safe to drive back to the northern suburbs, and he said that it was. A porter took the car and filled the tire with some extra air and reset the values in the MMI. I have no idea how to do that, so I appreciated him asking. I enjoyed this customer service, especially in light of the fact that I leased my vehicle from McGrath Audi Morton Grove. My first encounter with Audi Westmont was in May. I was shopping for a new car, and one of the models that I was considering was the Audi Q8. An internet inquiry led me to Juan Andino, whom I believe represents different brands in the AutoNation family, Audi being one of several. I appreciated the easy customer friendly way to generate a trade evaluation. While AutoNation does not automatically match CarMax, I appreciate that they have an online method to determine your trade-in value. That was of benefit to me because I am not fond of trekking all over Chicagoland getting trade appraisals (Note: Dealerships know what they are going to offer before they see your trade-in. Them demanding that you bring in the trade-in is just a way for them to get you in the door and have you captive. Please don't fall for it!). Their offer matched CarMax and other local dealerships perfectly. However, ultimately, AutoNation's lease proposal was not competitive. It was among the higher quotes that I received. I was looking for a 36 month lease, and their proposal included a money factor markup (be sure to find out what this is as well as the buy rate when evaluating a deal), did not include AudiCare (AudiCare increases the residual value), and also demanded cash down (I don't put money down on leases. Why would you pay rent in advance?). I was able to negotiate a significantly better deal at McGrath Audi Morton Grove on a car that better suited my specifications. Even so, their communication is timely, and they are eminently polite over email and phone. More
