I spent nearly half-a-year researching the car I wanted to replace my aging Acura RL with, visiting multiple dealers/brands. After finally deciding on the vehicle I wanted, I approached the dealer I had b to replace my aging Acura RL with, visiting multiple dealers/brands. After finally deciding on the vehicle I wanted, I approached the dealer I had been working with (who I won't name), ready to make the purchase. He would not deal on price at all, so I walked out. Even though I hadn't worked with them, I drove to Audi of Westmont immediately, and when I walked in, I met Drew Malone, who asked me if he could be of assistance. I told him the car I wanted, and minutes later we met with his sales manager Ozzie, who was also very professional. The car I wanted wasn't available, so after we agreed on the price, they gladly placed the order for me. Several months later, my father was in an accident (rear-ended) that totaled his car. While he hadn't planned on replacing his car at the time, he knew about my great experiences with Drew & Ozzie at Audi of Westmont, and we went over to see what might work for him. We found a great used 2012 model with only 7,000 miles on it, and again, after agreeing on a great price, purchased it a day later. Drew owns an Audi and is passionate about driving - he may be the most knowledgable car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He also wants the best for his customer - he really let me, and my dad, take our time to find the right vehicle, at the right price for us - no pressure.
