the staff was very polite and well mannered. The surroundings were well maintained. fwiw, I have favored WHITE vehicles, but alas, there were none on the lot of the model in question. It would have really assisted me to have had some basic explanations as to the latest computer instrumentation, and how it may relate to my phone, etc, as things have changed from what I had 7 years back.. Everybody was very courteous and helpful. We were let in immediately for service and finished in good time. They washed our vehicle and it looked nice.
