The staff is professional and they are there before and after the sale. I would recommend Audi of Wilmington to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Very knowledgeable no pressure sales staff and a General Manger that has done every aspect of the dealership from service to sales. The Service Department after the sale is outstanding as well. He was unfriendly and was making jabs throughout. Once the test drive was over, the salesman said he had something to do and wouldn't be able to discuss numbers with me. I told him I was aggressive on buying a vehicle and needed one asap. He said he would call with the information. I never received a call. I ended up taking my business to Audi wynnewood and got an amazing deal. Audi wynnewood was responsive and made a crazy discount off a new 2016 vehicle!
