I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn’t get it out. I drove in without an appointment thinking they were going to be annoyed but when I got there it was the complete opposite. They had a man named Tony who took over, told me to go in and have a coffee while he and his staff tried to make it work. Just the fact that they looked into it and worked together to help me was astonishing. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed me at Audi of Smithtown. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know because this dealership stands out from the rest and I’ve known it since 2015! More
