Loving my new Q5 I absolutely love my new (pre-owned)car; however, not a fan of the salespeople. I dealt with two different people, both of whom I believe would try to I absolutely love my new (pre-owned)car; however, not a fan of the salespeople. I dealt with two different people, both of whom I believe would try to sell you on anything. Luckily, I did my own research to know what I wanted and what Audi and the Q5 were all about (yes, I could have easily gone to another dealership, but the convenience of having this one so close to home will make future engagements easy). The first salesman did not sell me on Audi, he just sold me on a car itself and features any car can have. The saleswoman knew more information about Audi and was able to answer almost all my questions. However, when she told me about the previous owner and how "she has no children, no pets, no etc." this was a lie. When I got the car home and looked in the trunk at the regular car mats, they were COVERED in dog hair. You would think they would've cleaned these during the detailing and getting the car ready for pick-up. This therefore explains all the scratches on the bumper. I was going to buy the car anyways, but just wish she would've been honest. When it came to the finance department to get a quote for financing and determine what extended warranty I was going to go with, Oz did a wonderful job in explaining all the options. The only critique I have here is to explain the deductible you are quoting when explaining the warranties. More
