Very poor customer service experience. I took my car Audi Q5 into the dealer in May for a tail light repair and a number of recalls. They did the recalls but said the part was on back o I took my car Audi Q5 into the dealer in May for a tail light repair and a number of recalls. They did the recalls but said the part was on back order and did not fix the rear tail light. I made an appointment in October to fix the tail light. They have a new phone system where you can’t speak to a human but are required to leave a detailed message for the service dept. I did, indicating I needed to get my tail light fixed. I showed up for my appointment a week later and they first asked did I order the part. I said I left a message with what needed to be fixed and it was in my service history. They then informed me that the part was still on back order. It’s been 6 months… so I tell the service dept that my registration expires at the end of the month, I can’t get it renewed until I get my car inspected and I can’t pass the car inspection without fixing the tail light. He tells me they don’t think the part will be in until December. He hands me a post it note with the part number and tells me I can try to find the part on my own. I drove to a local auto shop in McLean and explained my predicament and they made phone calls to parts suppliers and found me the part and are installing it and inspecting my car later today. I would give 0 stars but that was not an option. More
