I scheduled an oil change and intended to use a 2/$145 coupon that expires on 12/2026 that I saw on the website. Upon checking in, I was told the coupon is no longer valid and was offered 3/$210, which I coupon that expires on 12/2026 that I saw on the website. Upon checking in, I was told the coupon is no longer valid and was offered 3/$210, which I accepted, although it was not on the website. I then received a phone call later saying that they don’t accept any coupons as of 6/30, so I will be charged for a single oil change at $90 and refunded the rest. I asked why the coupons are online with an expiration date of 12/31/2026 and was told that the company just hasn’t removed them. I always look at dealership coupons before scheduling an oil change, as I prefer to support them and have been a Jeep customer for years. The coupons are often a deciding factor for me. So it was very disappointing to get this phone call saying you cant honor a coupon that is still currently (as of 7/13) on the website, AND the Auffenberg staff person who offered me the 3/$210 was also incorrect and it can’t be honored. More
