We have called at least weekly and have received promises of calls back and never got them. We gave up on the service department and left texts and calls and voicemail for our sales rep with no response. Texted the substitute person covering for our sales rep when he was out and never heard back after a promise to escalate to service manager. You have a legal obligation to repair this and are refusing to hold up your end, and we're paying for a car that isn't safe to drive when it works at all.
