The salesman Brendan was great, he made the process very easy allowing us to make this decision with no pressure. Everything was great until we went to sign the financial paperwork. The finance guy was to interested in selling us an extended warranty than listening to the customer. My wife explained to him we didn’t had a lot of time and would like to move quickly, he basically ignored her. 10 minutes later I explained we was not interested in any additional items and he again ignored us and continued to talk to us like children on the warranty. I finally had to tell him if he does not move on we are leaving without purchasing anything. We had purchased probably around 20 vehicles and this by far was the worse finance person we have had. More

They were very considerate of my time.
